Orders are generally shipped out on Thursdays and/or Fridays. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order since it is "Made-to-Order". Orders are shipped out of New Jersey (U.S.)
Domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped USPS Priority (2nd day delivery).
Domestic Shipping Rates: Flat Rate of $6.50 on all orders (within the U.S.).
International (Non U.S.) Shipping Rates start at $13. Shipping costs are not be calculated with International orders. After order is placed, an invoice will be emailed (to the email address that was provided with the order) to cover shipping costs. International orders are processed after shipping invoice is paid.
Important Information about International Orders:
Delivery typically takes 7-28 business days depending on when your Customs or Postal Service releases the package. Note that there is no tracking available for 1st class mail and the postal service cannot provide any status for 1st class mail.
Due to excessive problems with Customs rejections in some countries, the countries we will ship to is limited. When checking out, if your country is not listed in the drop down menu, we do not ship there.
We usually have very little problems with the countries listed, but if the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping charges once the package is received back by us in resell-able condition. We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items, so you should check with your local Customs office to be certain that you can receive the products you ordered.
Your local officials may charge you a fee or tax upon pickup of the product which is not included in our price or shipping.
